I have been at this for almost 2 years now and throughout this whole thing my right leg has bothered my the most in this area. My legs are pretty much always achy and stiff when getting up after sitting but I discovered a new descriptive of how they feel later in the day or even off and on during the day. From my lower back to my legs they feel TIRED. Like extremely tired which makes them feel shaky and makes me feel like I want to sit down. I have been saying they feel weak which I guess thats one descriptive but extremely tired and shaky like I just did 200 squats is how i feel from the top of my but to my toes.( shaky, tired, weak and tight, my legs also always ache too.Any feedback would be awesome.Thanks
