Leg Twitching & Atrophy Concerns

ah well back again LOL

the last few days the twitching has driven me to the point of complete insanity, it's constantly in my legs, when ever i move them it's there, thumping and rippling away, they're always indented type twitching too, i've convinced myself there is atrophy in my inner calf muscles

has anyone noticed their calf muscles, particularly the inner calf muscle, and what it does when you extend your leg out and life your foot up so you extend the muscle, mine has 3 distinct ridges down it, and the whole area is rippling away, the only semi comforting thing is that it is happening on the other side, so of course before the twitching started i never took notice of that kind of thing so i have nothing to compare it to as I am not keyed up on what 'normal' muscular anatomy is ment to look like haha

as you can see i'm worrying myself a bit, any help or advice would be appreciated :)

most everyone with bfs thinks that they have atrophy... people refuse to belive they have bfs and have something more serious.. and rightly so.. its hard to believe that this condition is benign because its so bizzare and far from normal.. so you feel isolated and look for answers.. you tend to look at parts of your body and swear that its atrophy.. this can drive you completely insane.. the thing is before you had bfs you never examined yourself so deeply.. and things just dont look right.. but before bfs self examination in great detail was never in your mind..im pretty sure the indents are completly normal and your just going through what everyone here goes through,, a time will come and years will past and youll forget all about it.. trust me time heals all bfs wounds.. i would sugest getting a little help with some anti anxiety meds like klonopin or valium to help in putting your mind at ease... its mind over matter,, best of luck

Hey Thaner
dont believe that you are losing muscle mass- your fine- your ok- you are focused on looking for any type of abnormality that might show up- and when looking you will find- try not to look- try to overcome- the anxiety level of constantly looking and comparing and testing- Your fine- with no weakness- and when i say weakness i mean clinical weakness your fine!!!!!!!!!
Hang in there Thaner Youll make it-
