Leg and Hand Twitching Worries

I am not even sure if this is good or bad...I've had most twitches in the legs, I still do, but now since few days ago they have spread to my left hand (not many there before), more notacebly the thenar eminence :( The twitch I can feel, but it doesn't move my thumb. I got one persistent hotsop on my left eyebrow now, never before there, now 10 times a day starts twitching fast and then stops.I don't know if this is good or bad, also sensory symptoms are all over, my hands and feet have some ping and needles sensation, one foot is buzzing in a nerve painfull way, other is twitching more. Feet stil hurt (muscles) and cramp, hands stil tremor at night, sometimes slow tremor somethimes machine gun twitches.I am really scared of this spreading and moving around. I am very sensitive about my left thenar where I have it now, because this is the one that is kind of atrophied, not so much muscle there (if anybody remember from the previous posts it was like that 1.5 years ago, I found old photo)...I am still a real mess of myself, I want to find the WHY and WHAT IS HAPPENING, but I seem I can not. Nobody can explain why this is happening, I am eating bananas, I took calcium, magnesium, D vitamin, doesn't help. And it seems it is getting worse every day. Maybe it is not, it seem to spread the sensory and motor problems and pain.

Jerry,You sound so much like me. Mine started in my calves and I now get very frequent twitching everywhere else. I also have hotspots in my thenar muscles and have noticed that my hands look different (at least to me they do). I've been having cramping in my calves and feet as well and have tried everything you mentioned from bananas to meditation, to more water... etc. My tongue is another hotspot that is unsettling to say the least. I'm 6.5 months in and just waiting for things to get better. We're in this together my friend. -Matt

Thanx. You only don't have luckily paresthesia and tingling? So it can happen to me that I will get tongue twitching :( To know not to jump off the roof immediatey. I heard tongue twitching is *** related in some (not you)...My hands are different, they not only look. It is confirmed by my neuro, he thinks I have some atrophy, my left hand is 1cm less muscle around the hand. But I found and posted here pic of the hand 1.5 years ago (not very good pic from the vacation) and I think it is not much worse, maybe nothing so it is not atrophy, at least not *** one.YoursJerry
