Left Sole Trembling - Strange Find

I just found this terrifying stuff. When I first bent my left sole upward and then release it to horizontal (still hold this gesture rather than release it to nature position), my sole started to tremble for 3to 5 secs or even more, then it stopped(I recorded it but the tremble is not clear), just like clonus I found in youtube. This freaked me out and it only shows only in my left sole. I tried Ankle Clonus Test and showed no clonus. I also test babinski reflex and it is negative. Could my strange trembling thing be a sign of upper neuron disease? I visited a neurologist today for my scaring stuff and he did not even check any of my reflex. He thought that I'm hypochondriac.

No, a lot of us have that. It is freaking, but harmless, showed it to my neuro, he calles it "nothing", not even pseudo-clonus. Whatever it is, it seems to be typical BFS...Some people with BFS actually get a real clonus though
