Yeah, and what about pinched nerve? I know its "silly", but believe or not, people can have BFS and also pinched nerve, especially if you were testing your strenght over and over and just hurt your shoulder.Pincher nerve can produce pain, tingling, twitching and later of course weakness and atrophy, because its effect is the same as ALS or just cutting off the nerve...Give your arm some rest and you will see, I bet it will be OK. Pain (not from cramps or spasticity) is not typical for ALS and Im sure you know that.
