Left Leg Soreness in Mornings

Most mornings, I'm finding that upon waking up, my left leg feels sore upon stretching it out, but when I palpate the leg, it is not stiff and I feel that it doesn't have that hellish cramp type of pain. I had 2 leg cramps in October, one upon waking up, and the pain was very bad and the area felt contracted. The pain I'm having upon waking up regularly is fairly bad, but manageable unlike cramp pain, and only occurs when I stretch my leg. When I un-stretch my leg, the pain goes away, and the pain goes away altogether after a few minutes.Anyone know what this could be? And maybe what could be causing it?

I have leg and upper body cramps on and off (last was this september exactly when I was on vacations so I think it was again bloody stress for being faraway from home...it started three days before departure and vaned away when I came home). This is our familiar issue (my mom has them too), and from time to time I feel pains in the soles of my feet in the morning when walking. It also comes and goes.I think it might be attributed mostly to the circulation issues (at least cramps are the same as one has when coming into cold water), however I also have sublicinally low Ca (at the lowest range or slightly below it) so probably it is true spasmophilia in my case

I get pretty bad cramps everyday, at least 10 a night some focal in the calf, some full leg and one particularly nasty one on the lateral aspect of my right lower leg that often feels so strong i think my tib and fib is about to snap. From what you describe it sounds like general myotonia which is also common in PNH..its like a delayed relaxation of various muscles , So like a semi tightening that gets better with movement warming up and stretching.
