Left Hand Muscle Twitching?

Hi, I wrote two post already.. sorry.. I am very nervous. When I move the thumb of my left hand, the muscle below it start twitching. Is a different kind of fasciculation than those that I already have all over my body. Is one, two or three twitches, normally slow, that follow the movement. They can be emulated a number of time, and after a while the finger do not fasciculate any more, until few minutes of rest.I try to make a video and to put it on Youtube. In the first seconds of the video one can see how the finger move and below it the muscle twitch one or two times.Should I worry about that, or it is also normal in BFS?Thanks.

Notice that your thumb isn't moving when it twitches (although even if it was, it wouldn't necessarily mean anything.) The twitches come after the movement.

Do you think it is normal for BFS?I produce the twitching with the movement, and usually the twitching start after the movement is done. But If I start moving the finger again while twitching, the twitching not necesarely stops.Looks normal for BFS? Should like something else?

It's so funny you post this. I have had bfs for almost 3 years now, and I hardly EVER come on here. The only reason I am here today is b/c my thumb has been twitching like crazy for the past 24 hrs. Yes, it's normal. I wish I could give you some kind of info that will help you to stop worrying but the only thing I can say is that your fasc. will come and go with bfs and you just have to accept it and stop worrying. I know it's easy to say and a very hard thing to do, I have been in your position and it's hard, but if you have seen a neuro and they told you that you are fine, then you are. Try and accept it and stop thinking about it and I bet your twitch is relieved.

Plus, it's always a good sign when you can actually bring on the twitch/spasm. It's almost as if you are controlling it. I don't know what's truly tupical for BFS, but it is NOT typical for life threatening diseases to allow you to move a limb then it follow up with a twitch like that. You are fine. And normal! :)
