is the arch of the foot a common place to twitch and tingle?I have it for days now, comes and goes, feels like very fast and very fine vibratioNs.The twitches can be seen but not when it tingles. What i am afraid of: it is always the left foot!It is not the bfs-random-twitches anymore. And its very fine when it tingles. Afraid of those als-related fibres. Began 10 days AFTER my clean emg taken 4 weeks into twitching...

Hi ChauBaoI think anywhere below the knee is very common. I myself have had twitches in the arch of my foot and I do seem to twitch more on the left.Sandra

With BFS (a system-wide condition) the muscles that twitch the most are the ones that you use the most. Hence anything from the waist down is a prime twitching candidate. You probably can't go five minutes without using your foot muscles.

That's usually when BFS (or fascics in general) always shows up. When you exercise, you're fine. When you rest, the muscles twitch. You'll find that a common symptom among nearly 100% of the other people here.Jogging won't necessarily make you twitch. Sometimes it will, sometimes it won't. Sometimes just walking from my TV to the couch makes my calves twitch. When you have BFS, it can happen anywhere, any time, for any reason. Although it is generally most noticeable when your muscles are at rest.
