Left Foot Cracking Excessively

hi everyone, anybpody else regonize cracking joint every step you take with your foot withouy any shooes on? my left foot is cracking 2 much ... please help

my knee cracks a lot on some days-- some days it doesnt.... not sure if it means anything but i will say it seems go go along with whatever i have....
