Left Arm Tremors: BFS or Checkup?

Well I have been getting hand tremors for a while now, but tonight I noticed when I was at my computer desk my arm was resting and I turned my wrist to the right my whole arm started tremoring and it feels really weak. This only happens on my left arm not my right. Have also been feeling dizzy last couple of days. Is this consistent with BFS or should I get it checked out?

Yes my left arm does that and my right arm doesn't..this has been going on for five months with NO loss of strength in my left arm, in fact it's a bit stronger. I was dizzy for no reason for weeks and couldn't get out of bed and it just kind of resolved on it's own. Make sure youre keeping hydrated and that you're eating properly and it should get better.
