Left Arm and Eye Twitching Issues

okay, today my left arm and shoulder are terribly painful, burning and sore. It almost feels like it is inside the bone. I've had this before, and it comes and it goes. It hurts and it's draining. Tylenol doesn't touch it. Can anyone comment on this? Additionally, (there's always more), my right eye has been twitching now for 3 weeks. Maybe even longer. Can't see it, but I sure know it's there. What's going on??? Thanks...

See your neuro. When I sleep on my stomach I get eye pain, neck pain and arm pain like you described! I think I drive myself into the bed. I have never figured out why this is so.

Hi: Just wanted to let you know that its tax season, I'm an accountant and my eye always twitches during this time---its stress. Also, ***does not affect the eyes. And yes, I have had sore burning muscles. I get some relief with ibuprofen or tylenol arthritis formula. I know how discouraging it is, but keep pushing on. It will get better.Cindy

I've had the muscle pain a lot of times. When this all first started for me, it was my right arm that was hurting a lot - in a lot of the muscles, all the time. It's abated now but I still get shoulder pain at times. According to all I've read here, the eye twitching is a classic benign twitch, and it can last seemingly forever. I've had each eye twitch on and off now for months. It's really random: sometimes one eye will twitch for a little while, sometimes for weeks at a time, then it'll switch eyes. For a while, I had both going. THAT was annoying!!
