Klonopin's Effects on BFS Sleep

Klonopin helps me sleep, and was HUGE in helping me get to sleep when it started. Every little twitch would keep me up worrying.

I'm a relatively new twitcher, 4 months now. When this all started and my anxiety/fear were at the max, I had a very very hard time sleeping. I still have a tough time getting a full nights rest, I've become a much lighter sleeper because of BFS.

I've noticed a direct correlation between the intensity of my own twitches and wether or not I got a good night sleep.

Try to get some rest, even if you wake up often. If you wake up and can't get to sleep right away, try reading or walking around. Don't lay in bed if you can't sleep, for me it just gets me frustrated and anxious.

For the first 3/4 months of this ordeal, my sleep was awful!
I would wake up various times during the night and at least one hour before the alarm went off I was wide awake (unheard for me prior to BFS).
That is TOTALLY due to anxiety.

The other day my thumb was going crazy, it was pulling towards my index finger, it kept moving and moving. It was so strong I could feel it all the way up my forearm, well underneath forearm..I get these alot, always have. Jenn
