Well tonight i sit at home feeling reassured and delighted with what my neurologist had to sayHe told me that basically I have got BFS, no doubt about it. So where do i sign to join the club?my story can be found here I havent slept well recently due to anxiety recently, even though i dont feel it i reckon i am (was) sub-consciously. I had many different symptons that had come and gone but the twitching was always present, and always still will be. He did a cinical examination which i passed quite eaisly, and told me i dont have MND (as my gran has it), I dont have MS (which is what my doctor told me) and i dont have any other nasty thingsHe didnt even want to perform a EMG or MRI. I mentioned about possible blood issues and he said may check the thyroid but doesnt expect anythin to come up. So now i should be able to sleep easy now, the twitching will always be there but i dont have to think why is this happening no more. Sure ill still have the symptons especially after i do exercisebut its much eaiser to deal with now and will get use to it.

Congrats! Try to really accept it. Many of us (me included) doubt sometimes, but try to be logical and understand that neurologists are really good at diagnosing stuff and don't like to be wrong...especially when they give a clean bill of healthCome meet some of us on facebook if you are a member. Just search bfs
