Jerky Movements in Right Hand

My symptoms started 5 months ago with fasiculations in the palm of my right hand, below my index finger and in the fat part of my palm below my thumb. The thumb deal has progressed to the point that the fasiculations now are much more like jerks. The muscle will jerk and move my thumb as much as a 1/4 inch to the left in a jerking fashion. I, at one point, had widespread fasics in basically every muscle in my body. Those have really slowed down. My question is, does anyone else get jerks in their fingers that are this violent. It is really wierding me out and I can feel the anxiety creeping back in.

thumb, index finger and pinky toe lately... it is quite common with bfs!

My left thumb jerks forcefully. I get a bizarre sensation as if the muscle is excited or tight then it twitches like mad pulling itself towards the palm from the thenar eminence and then it starts all over again. My hands and fingers are my worst hot-spots and for some reason scare me the most.

This is incredibly weird. Last few months I've got a tiny twitch of a muscle in the webbed bit between my thumb and index finger.. which makes the whole thumb twitch. Repetitively. About twice a minute, all day long. For some reason it finally got to me today, so came on here and found this. And felt strangely better. For what it's worth, started twitching and getting paranoid back in 2004. It hasn't changed, but I am suffering from nothing else except the inability to stop eating. Which isn't connected. It's just annoying.jw

glad i read this thread, been getting alot of twitches in nearly all my fingers at some point but mostly in thumbs and index fingers and pinky toes, also had twitches in the soft bit between thumb and index finger, luckily my twitches are a few every day in my fingers and not constant!Does anyone know if its normal to get tips of fingers twitch? like it only moves the top of the finger? i read worrying things about those kind of twitches, still 4+ months on and still ok so far

The very first twitch that I noticed was a twitch, not unlike a pulse in the palm of my hand traveling down along the line from my index finger towards my wrist. That progressed to the twitching in the fat part of my thumb. Every finger on that hand now twitches. The outer three fingers on both hands feel numb and tingle, and who can forget the dull never ending, dull, aching pain. The one in the palm of my hand particularly freaks me out because I cant feel it. I've gone from fearing I would die from *** to fearing I will lose motor nuero function of my limbs... really good place to be mentally huh!
