Jaw Twitching: Is This Normal?

Ok so besides the all over fasciculations I get 24/7 I've noticed an increased in ones I'm my jaw line. I didn't think much of them at first but today I was rubbing my chin area and right after I noticed twitching in that spot. This got me freakeds out cause I always thought the way they test for *** twitches are by stretching or tapping the muscle. Someone please help. Has anyone else experienced anything like this. I've only been twitching almost 3 months and had a clean emg but they didn't do a bulbar one.

22 months here that include jaw twitches and stiffness (TMJ...). And yes, the twitches are activated when you strech the area. Not much fun, but harmless.

I often trigger lip and other facial twitches when I yawn.
