Jaw Fatigue: Clenching Nerves?

So, this is new for me. Definitly have fatigue in arms, but my jaw is new. Wears out pretty quickly with gum or a sub style sandwich.Maybe with my nerves I am clenching my jaw. No clue.

I seem to have every symptom anyone brings up these days. I notice my jaw getting tired when I eat lately, or the cheek ache from smiling too long. I'm not sure if this is something new since bfs or something that I'm just much more aware of. I'm guessing that I'm a little more tense in general, including my jaw.

Hey you,Same here. I've been having this for quite some time now. My jaw is stiff and gets tired quickly. I also suffer from pressure in my ears that is apparently due to a chronic inflammation in my TMJ (this is an hypothesis made by one of my many, too many, doctors). As a "bonus" I also get twitchy in my masseter muscle. What can I say,17 months into this with 4 clean EMG'S and numerous clean clinical evaluations. Bottom line: BFS. No more, and unfortunately no less either.Regards,May

Thanks for the quick responses. Yes I know I know I know.I feel like the little engine that could...except the hill goes on forever.I think I can, I think I can...Oh oh, new symptom, hill getting steeper...I think I can I think I can.....etc...repeat...etc.

MPLS1970, I have the same more than 1,5 years, it started in 2 months after my twitching had started. When chewing some "harder" foods I feel my jaw is pretty tired and when I continue it starts to be stiff...Do not consider on it while eating, it helped me a lot...like ignoring BFS itself, thats the best but also the hardest thing :)
