There are alot of folks here who had twitching in one area in the beginning, do a search.
My left calf twitched NON-STOP for two months straight. I saw a neuro who said it was not ALS (without an EMG, he was 100% positive) but because it was in one leg, felt is was disc related. He said I could breathe easy once I made it to the six month mark, and I would have weakness by then, and would have it at the two month mark in most cases.
A couple of weeks after I saw him, they mirgated to other areas -- right leg, both hands, both feet, random spots. I tend to have hot spots more than some of the more random twitchers here, and to this day, 75% or more of my twitching still occurs in that same leg.
I made 3 years in May.
Please go to the DR just for reassurance and let us know what he/she says!
