Is This Normal Cramping?

I (of course) am worried. Are the cramps that many of you feel like full-blown cramping? Like a charley-horse, where you can't move your leg or open your hand? I have been feeling these weird feelings in my arm like a cramp is going to come on, but if I move my hand or shake my arm they go away...is this considered a cramp, a mini-cramp, or not one at all? I am scared this is going to develop into something more...

I get the same things nessylou. i get them in my hands, forearms, calfs and feet. lots of people here get them. your not alone. god bless :D)

Hi – Not sure exactly what it is, but I get the exact thing also. I had it really bad in my forearms (mainly the left) for the first couple of months, then recently in my right calve.

Have you tried Magnesium or Potassium Supplements?
I get cramping to at times but nothing like when this first
began. I find with weather changes I get them my whole body
aches and calfs get crampy. Do you drink gatorade? It helps
alot but you have to keep drinking it at all times.

DStar :)

same for me.

Cramping has to be frequent in mnd and it is really bad cramping - also the trunk muscles are involved regularly - stomach, back, etc.

I get the exact same thing - feels like a cramp and then immediately goes away if I move the hand or foot - ususally foot.
