Is this BFS?

Hi All, I am new to this forum and wondering if what I have is truly bfs. About 2 months ago I started with numbness and tingling in feet, progressing to fingertips. Now I am experiencing the feeling of twitching in my legs, although you cannot see or feel the twitching. Its apparent only to me. Is this bfs? It is extremely annoying and scary. I am having an emg in a few days and wondering what else to ask for.

Does the invisible twitching in your legs get much more pronounced after you exercise, walk, or owtherwise up your heart rate?

No, the twitching sensation is always present, whether at rest or activity. In fact it is most bothersome at rest.
