Is this BFS Symptoms?

I can't tell if this is BFS but haven't been able to find anything else that matches its symptoms. For a week I've had intermittent weird sensations/nerve pain under my chin on the right side. At times I've also had earache, sore spot on my tongue, a feeling like my neck is swollen or tight, a sore throat in one spot, and a hoarse voice. All at different times. Is this just my nerves/muscles acting up? I don't want to have to get my doc to check it out, only to look at me like I'm crazy and offer to order a bunch of tests. Alll the symptoms come and go depending on the day. Any opinions/advice?

I actually have something similar to this right now, but I attribute it to the cold or virus. I have intermittent pain in my left ear (like an earache), and when I swallow I get a weird pain in a certain part of my neck, but not my throat.

I have been getting nerve pain (or at least I think that is what it is) in my arms and legs. It comes and goes but it's annoying. I went to my regular doctor who did some bloodwork which was all fine (except my thyroid but I always have thyroid issues). I then saw my neurologit who wasn't concerned either. He did give me Gabapentin though. I have no idea what this could be other than BFS. I know it causes some crazy symptoms sometimes.
