Is it safe to visit certain websites?

Can anyone tell me if it is safe to go to those sites? There isn't anything on there to induce anxiety is there?

I would love to check them out, but I have vowed to steer clear of the "bad" sites.

loyalroyal, interestingly, at my last neuro visit, my doctor talked about a recent conference she attended and she told me that for the first time, there was a roundtable discussion BFS. Don't know how much that will bring it to the forefront, but at least I felt it was being discussed and recognized.

its not taken seriously because its so rare and so misunderstood leaving the patient with feelings of isolation..leading the patient to go off into their own world.. if bloodwork is normal a doctor considers the patient to be fine and fascics in themselve are benign.. so you just have to live with it as they say.

Fair enough. But as i have already mentioned there are many people, including me, who feel their lives have been badly affected by this. Yes i accept that research for this is not as important as more obvious dieseases but why should the majority all suffer silently? I just think that more should be done to find out what causes this and how people can be helped?
Also the word "benign" is such a loose term. Its just a way of saying that not enough research has been done to classify what this problem is and how its caused...

You are right no one gives two sh***s about the people who suffer from this! I hate calling this benign because it's not! It effects my life almost every second of the day.It is mentally and physically exhasting.Maybe if some of these neuro's had it to the degree that we do, w/ buzzing legs and twitches on every surface of the body they wouldn't be so quick to tell us we are fine.I have been to 4 neuro's and none of them take this seriously!I would never wish this on anyone except the neuro who told me the buzzing feeling was probably in my head! What kind of doctor would say that to someone?Especially some one who never goes to the doctor for any thing.
