Is Head Fasciculations Normal?

Doess anyone else here experience fasciculations in the head side of head ears etc.. im worried that it might ve somethibg else now going on:/

Oh yes. Many times I've felt little thumpers deep inside my ears.

I have them to. Ears, eyelid, cheek, lip, etc. So this is normal, as far as twitching is normal

I twitch on both sides of my head, they're above my ears and on both sides of my forehead. Are they normal, I don't know. I also twitch inside my ears and can hear those.

Yup I got them all over my face, including both temples and the side of my jaw on both sides.
