How Many Suffering from Pins & Needles?

i am just wondering how many of you are out there. I have some weird dizziness and pins and needles now especially when I massage my elbow and then it will twitch. I am thinking it could be the neck that is causing all this twitching in my fingers.

Me. I've noticed that with the healing of discs I have fewer symptoms. The neck issues I'm learning to get around - you have to find a way to muscularly balance the pull on the joints and spine in the neck area - once you do that a lot of your sensations will go away (or not come so often) because you are not compressing nerves due to tense muscles and misalignment. A good physical therapist should be able to help with this - although a good one seems to be very hard to find.
