How Long Can You Hold Hand at 45 Degrees?

Hi,I would like to ask, however I know its silly...How long are you able to hold your hand in 45 degrees to the floor, before you feel tiredness in your shoulder/arm? I have feel it in 10,15 seconds and I think thats really bad :(

But you know...weakness may present as quick tiredness or unability to move..Just curious: how long can you holt hand that way before you feel the first tiredness?

Probably about the same as you. But the difference is that my answer would have been exactly the same 2 months ago, or 12 months ago, or even 10 years ago. Just because you have weak muscles, it doesn't mean there's a neurological reason for it. Sometimes it's because that's an activity you don't do very often. As someone said very eloquently a couple of days ago, when you hear horse hoofs coming, it's usually a horse.Seriously, how often do you hold your arm out at a 45 angle and leave it there? I know I don't do that very often. I can't ice skate either. It doesn't mean I have an ice skating disease.

Well, but sometimes when I brush my hair I feel my arms are very tired...its not that I have to put them down, but I put them down since I dont want to feel the tiredness...still normal? :(

My arms were like that until I stopped thinking about it. Then I started realizing, holy crap, I just made it through an entire day and didn't feel weakness once. The more I think about my arms, the more I feel "weak." The less I think about them, the less I feel weak. That seems like a strong correlation to me.

Mario, I hope you are right, but I can feel it during day..thats new for me and scares me. Please, could anyone else who thinks he is quickly tired do that test? It would help me a lot.. I feel it when I brush my hair etc..
