I have a hotspot on my right thigh that has lasted for 2 days nowsometimes twitches constant and sometimes one time on 1 to 10 minutes.I can see the twitch and feel it but what i feel is cramp and vibration ( buzzing) Is it common that hotspot twitch can feel like that??I never had hotspot so long before and this make me worry, my longest hotspot before this were maybe 7-10 hours.
