Hot Spot: Twitching in Calves 24/7

What actually is a hot spot? Is it a place, where you have one twitch that repeats all over? Or a place, where you keep having many twitches, and they are repeating all over?I just wonder if twitching in my calves 24/7 is actually a hot spot... Or something more... nasty.

From what I understand twitching is calves is a very commen in bfs! Its NOT something bad, but they sure feels nasty!;-)

I have twitched 24/7 in my calves and feet for over 1 year now. I also twitch in random places constantly, too. You do not need to worry.
