I did it! Two nights ago I finally did two miles without stopping (2.3 miles actually) and 2.1 miles last night! This is a big deal for me, having set this goal over the summer in spite of the anxiety. I think the intense walking aggravated a left thigh stretch I got while trimming the bushes Saturday, but it's a little better today. At least I now know to NOT overreact to aches and such. It's NOT a sign of *the bad disease*. Things are looking up.
