Hi all , It has been some time since I posted been having twitching since 2001 of and on. This latest episode has twitches all over my body especially when I use a muscle, I also get cramps occasionally, (is this part of BFS) Have any of use experienced the cramping part also once in a while some heat sensations. Of course my mind is going places it shouldn't and me anxiety is through the roof, I would appreciate any help to calm me down. If you could offer me some advice if anyone as had both that would be greatThanksDave
