Help with Left Arm Tremor

Hello,Hoping to get some input from others. My main symptom is the feeling of internal tremor/shakiness in my left arm. (I originally started about four months ago with some twitching in the hands but for the last six weeks it seems to have just moved to my arm.) My left hand fingers have a fine tremor too. I have read about hot spots on this forum but most people seem to describe them as a localized area of twitching that may last for weeks/months, rather than tremors. Does anyone have the internal tremor feeling localized to one area for a long time? Do you think the fact that my symptoms are localized is more worrisome than if the twitching/tremors were moving around my body randomly?thanks in advance for your input.Wendy

Wendy..hi.....yes i get tremors ( or shakes as i call them) the left hand, most prominant in the fore finger, but whole hand does shake. Comes and goes, but always the same place-worse with increased anxiety. Also pain/ache up the left arm. it is my dominant side, so maybe that has something to do with it?? Had it for a couple of months now. Putting it down to another BFS symptom ( I thin)k I have posted a question relating, hopefully an 'old timer' will shed some light. I have only had this crap for about 4 months, so every new symptom is a surprise...and a little worrying at times. Hate the face twitches!stay wellRodger
