Help! Twitching in Arms & Hands

After few quite good days, the last 2 days are pretty difficult - I have fasciculations in both arms (biceps, tripecs) and both hands (usually 1st and 4th dorsal interossei). Once it was really going on both hands together, but it is like every 1-4 minute few twitches, especially after movement.Anyone..please?

I have many twithces in my biceps/ triceps. Sometimes 1 arm at a time, sometimes both together. I also have had twitching in my fingers and hands. Really have to love this stuff.
