Help! Numb Lip and Twitch

It's been a while lol! Kinda really freaking out here on this one. Woke up this morning with the bottom right side of my lip numb. Been a few hours and no change. Don't see a bug bite or any swelling. No pain. Do notice a very subtle twitch intermittent. Stupid bfs. Anyone had this one?
 
Wow. I wasn't really nervous until now. No one gets numbness I'm their lip with their twitches. I have had bfs for three years now. Time to start freaking out again. Man!!
 
Man I really freaking out. I have a small patch on my lip that feels numb and is twitching. Not one person had this symptom before. Do I need to schedule another neuro!!??
