Help Needed: Sore Left Arm

Hi everyone, been gone for a while. I was locked out of internet by family which was ok. i am having new things and need some help. A while back i complained of a sore left arm. the pain i am getting is from my shoulder blade area down my bicep and into my hand. it started out as what i can describe as a tickling feeling . i feel pain in my hand and it is very sensitive . the last few days have been very bad pain in shoulder and arm hand. I was certain that i was told by my neruro that pain and sensory feelings are not part of *** I just dont know anymore. My joints are all still crackink throughout the day and have for 2 months now. the arm thing for over 2 months and i think the tickling feeling is migrating to right shoulder now. have strenght but still very fatigued. anyone have this or any words of wisdom

yes,
my neuro said same thing about sensory stuff, like tingling, numbness, pain. i almost welcome the pins and needles 'cause i find it reassuring in a sick sort of way...

no prob.... saw you are online now... i also get pain too, forgot to mention it. mostly in my legs though, esp if i'm on them a while. feels like a cramp almost, except the muscle isn't really doing anything.. is that what yours feels like?

well i would say achy too. when the pain fisrt started with this for me (i've only been twitching 1 1/2 mo) i thought it was related to PMS, cause i alway get a bachache, but this went down my legs. so i would say the feelings i pain i get is probably similar to yours.
