Help Needed: Hoarse Voice & Twitching

I need your help guysFor 2 months now I got a hoarse voice on and off, not all the timeIn the last 2 weeks my voice also 'cracks' or goes 'high' like 10 times a day. Is this bulbar onset afterall? I'm scared!I don't have allergies. Also thumb-index finger webspace is still twitching NON STOP 24/7 every second for over 4 months, that's were the dent is but no real weakness.Please help

Doesn't sound like bulbar onset at all. That I would associate with slurred speech, swallowing problems, drooling, choking, tongue atrophy, etc, which I have heard hits fast, 2 months of on and off high and low voice is something else. If it makes you feel any better my wife is a speech language pathologist and I had her read this, she agrees. Be more concerned about throat cancer, but then again would be is HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY UNLIKELY, get A word out of your mind.
