Help! Mysterious Hand/Foot Cramps/Twitches

just had my first cramp between thumb and index finger!!! Not sure if i see some very fine twitches!!!It now hurts when i push the site the short cramp appeared. Dont see or feel weakness there...anyone familiar with this?The twitching in the sole of the left foot is still permanent, also the buzzing (small and fast twitches) is present in my left leg.

You are good, Lauren. I have had the cramp that you describe, especially if I do some activity that makes me grip my hand tightly, like sawing wood with a hand saw. My left leg is the one that always bothered me the most, but its fine. Everything you describe sounds pretty garden variety bfs...I hope you don't mind that? Basso

Real fine fasics in the hands are real common, if you hold you hand in one position, it may start real fine muscle fasics, I get this real bad in my left hand. I posted this for someone on youtube, go to Fasiculations, thumb atrophy I listed myself as 707kelsey707, check it out
