Heart Arrhythmia After Jogging Tour

i have heart issues for 10 days after finishing my jogging tour in the er of hospital.yesterday at home i had sudden and very quick arrhythmea that felt like fasciculations o my heart, twice for maybe 10 seconds, then went away. weird.

i have a history of vegetative heart arrhythmea but these felt completley different. did you also have a feeling of the heart roaring in your chest like a caugh???

I get these all the time. They always just go away after a few seconds.

bad news: with a family history of heart probs (shd at young age and syncopes) i just had a brugada-syndrome like ecg and need further tests:-(
