Health Care Field: How Many?

It seems like many people here are in the health care field or interact with patients regularly. I was working in a building that housed a health care clinic when I got sick. How many people consider themselves to be in the health care field or deal with medical/lab materials?

sorry about that.... is there a difference between being a nurse, a registered nurse, a non-registered nurse???

I´m not familiar with the.... mmm... initial from health-care services at the US...

In Mexico, we call them "Enfermera"...

haha.... some spanish lesson, for y´all!!!

Cheers

Luis

Paco, in the US an RN is the person racking in the $$$$. Very valuable people, but they complain alot about being on there feet to long. They know just about where everthing is in a hospital and what's on the menu. Who is sleeping with who. You know regular medical stuff. If you are sick you want them around....that's for sure!

But the $$$$ is more like $$, we know other things besides what's to eat, where things are, and who's "sleeping with who," and we complain about our feet 'cause they twitch!! ;)
Just for the record...

EMT = Emergency Medic Technitian???

If so, then aside from studying my second year of Med School, I am a Basic EMT.

hehe...

cheers...

Luis
