I bet when you report back to us- you'll say...
I didn't twitch 1 time at the neuro's office!! The twitches seem to pull a Houdini (spell?) when we step foot into a doc's office.)

They do indeed seem to disapear, also sometimes they are not as noticable as we think.

He went into a little something about the sodium channel I belive of the nerve or something. I was so relieved at this point, unfortunately I didn't pay to close of attention.
He did say he has multiple patients with this and my sudden kinda out of the blue with this if you will was normal. he said the cramping is a direct result of the muscle continually contrating and such.
He must have spent an hour and a half with me, I got a very thurough and shocking EMG to say the least. He will be frowarding a report to my GP which I assume will have more detail in it.
All in all I am quite relieved and not just have to come to terms that I have some limitations I did not have a few months ago and go on.

Thats great news! I am very happy for you and also a bit reassured because I have my first neuro visit next Wednesday. Do you mind if I ask how old you are? I saw you are worried about ALS and MS....my big fear is MS cause I am 26 years old.
