Have Anyone Had Twitching/Movement in Hands?

i have had twitching in the palm of my hands on and off and one hand has slight movement of fingers toward palms. has anyone ever had this. the tips of my finger move slightly .

Never notice my palms twitching but finger twitching is quite common for me, along with the thumb and occasionally the most annoying twitch of all- the muscle that runs from your little finger to your wrist (on the soft outside part of the palm), that for me was intensely aggrivating.

thanks mork i am very nervous of this. my councilling starts this teusday at my home. i cant get over this. my back has had a hot spot for over a month and it fels like a rythmic vibrating , puling feeling. my fear is constantly increasing.

Well I think this post has it spot on: some nice advice

I know I was lucky and came to terms with the twitching very quickly. All they are to me now are an irritation and I'm sure you can get yourself into that frame of mind too. Remember the old saying "Don't go looking for trouble because trouble comes looking for you"? well my advice to you is just keep off the computer for a while (every time I come here you seem to be here too ) ), keep yourself occupied, believe that you are NOT suffering from a serious disease and go and enjoy life. Easy said I know

ya i need help and i went and saw some old reports on finger tapping and some soccer player. i sort of remember seeing something about palm twitching and cramping in the trunck( i get stomach twitching with cramping in my stomach) its so hard when you have so many symptoms and u feel as if it cant be positive. i hope the counciling helps it will be 6 months for me on the 15 of this month, but does that really mean anything i dont know anymore. but thanks mork for your support and honesty. it sucks when knowone else has had your same symptoms it makes u feel alone and fearfull
