Has Anyone Tried Medication for Twitches?

Hello,Has anyone tried this medication for there twitches? I am almost 4 years into this and they do not seem to be going anywhere. Getting used to living with these annoyances but some times it is difficult to deal with. I have read the some RLS drugs may help with these f--king things but seeing if anyone has tried this and if anyone had any success.

not sure if its gabapentin or not can you tell? maybe horizant is the manufacturer? my sister has Fibromyalgia and takes gabapentin and it works well for that...not sure to be honest about BFS
