i have a hotspot twitch below the thumb in the palm of my hand....i find it quite disturbing as i have once heard this is often a twitching site in the three-letter-illness....anyone has had twitching there as well?

Laurent,I have had this twitch many times and I even have had a non-stop twitch in the area between my thumb and index finger (on the top of my hand) for 40 days now. It is still going strong. -Matt

laurent, what made yu have an anxiety flare up. After 3 years of twitching and apparently an enormour imrovement from a diet change and clean exams and stuff you know that the three-letter-word is not your problem, no matter where you twitch

thanks christinasgirl123. anxiety did not cause this flare up, the twitches were before the anxiety;-) they seem not to go away, holy crap. i had a bad digestion again last night and today.

I have the same twitching on and off in my hands - both of them. It may not happen for a month or two, then it happens for a day or so. Sometimes strong enough to move my thumb, sometimes it is in a different spot and isn't strong. You have had twitching for a long time, much longer than I so it can't be a problem for you. I say this because it hasn't been associated with any weakness or atrophy in my hands for the year I have experienced it. Hope that helps.

thanks guys. the problem is, that my thumb is moving every second for 24 hours now and i can see the twitching worm in the palm. freaks me out again...

yes it does but this xmas food crap does not fit this diet and caused digestion problems and from there also twitching. i am convinced, that at least in my case, bfs=digestion.

well the anxiety about all this can always flare up, i have even read of oldtimers who have bfs for 10 years who got anxious again. new symptoms and sorts of twitches can always show up.

it is really amazing. back to my diet, normal digestion and the twitches are gone again...i wonder how many of the pbfs have digestion problems.
