Today after 3 years with an EMG and NCS to confirm it I was diagnosed with benign cramp fasciculation syndrome/peripheral nerve hyperexcitability! My EMG showed only one fasic though! My neuro said " you're about the furthest thing I've seen from ALS". And I'll be starting carbamazepine in a month. I'm so freaking happy !
