Hand Twitching: Significance?

I got worried recently because I began twitching in the hands again, in the little space between thumb and index, and I thought this one had stopped 4 months ago.
Does it has any significance ?
Does the location of the fascs has any significance ?

I hope it doesn't have any significance because my left hand twitches a lot! 2 + yrs of twitching and still OK!
