Aremm, all that extra knowledge and you are still worrying? There's no hope for us then! You have seen colleagues who have assured you that it is not als. Surely they would have told you if they had even a slight suspicion? You have seen specialists who see and diagnose als. They MUST know what they are doing in the same way that you can read imaging. You know what you are doing and I am sure your neuro colleagues trust your expertise? Trust them!
