Hand Cramp Sufferer Seeking Help

I am really bummed this morning after suffering a hand cramp yesterday in the grocery store after twisting my hand in an awkward position. I had one other a few weeks ago and thought it was a fluke, I guess not. I did make another appointment with the neuro to check this out, but it is not until next month. Anyone else get full out hand cramps?

Hi, before having BFS, at least five years ago, I used to get these all the time. I'd turn my wrist and watch in amazement as my thumb would pull underneath my index finger. I used to pull them apart as the muscle between thumb and finger went into a tight ball. Never thought anything of it. I get foot cramps like this now and I think it may be more muscle fatigue than the BFS. I would not worry over this or even bother with a neuro appointment...two hand cramps over two days??? Sounds pretty innocent to me.
