Hamstring Cramping from Stretching

I have noticed that when I flex my hamstring on purpose (or e.g. press my lower leg to my rear thigh as in kneeling), the hamstrings nearly immediately start to cramp. I have no cramps at all (sporadic) but can easily induce them by simple muscle stretching.Anybody with this?

Me my friendfor a few years already which may be an indication of rather non-harmful specific feature.I really was cramping for years even during most pleasant activities, you know... and often had to say: oh dear i have cramp in my buttock! or elsevhere... weird thing!

Yes, I can make my feet (both side) cramp almost instantly if I flex them the right way. This is like this for almost 10 years, way before I noticed twitching. At first I was really thinking it was strange because I don't know anybody who have the same cramps in feet but now I am used to it. Also now I react almost immadiately when the cramp start, I just move my foot and it goes aways as quick as it started, so it's really not a problem for me.

My feet have always cramped up if I flex them / curl the feet but I can feel it coming on and if I straighten the foot it doesn't become a full blown cramp.. I prob notcied this about 20 years ago and that wouldn't concern me.. I woke today with a crampy calf music but its the same leg that I seem to have a sciatic type pain so I am putting it down to that...

I used to make my arches and sometimes my calves cramp, especially if I was stressed and/or tired by stretching them out a certain way. I took calcium, potassium, and magnesium pills and Hylands cramp pills and it resolved it.

My calfs do this if I stretch them with my toes pointed for too long. I've noticed it for at least a couple of years now (prior to noticing the fasciculations) and hadn't really thought anything of it until other BFS issues arose.
