Gusiness Book Entry - Internal Shaking

after one week of no fascics at all the monster is back in my legs...the funny thing is that the pattern has changed now: the twitched come very spontanous, start internal and very fast before appearing on the surface where they are seen. it is like an internal shaking coming out....anyone experience this as well or shall i register for the gusiness book?;-)

oh ya...came outa nowhere...a monster...my shoulder twitched for 96 hours...continuously, 4 days straight...i was wearing a dress shirt and my friend was like wtf is up with your arm...i looked at him and said, YUP! (in a monotonic voice)...knowing that it was there...dreading the worse...but with some reasurrance, and scotch..it went away 4 days later...had it in the cremaster for a day or two too...dont need to describe which muscle that is
