Gurgling Sound in Neck - BFS or New?

Not sure if this is a new symptom or bfs related. I noticed lately when I'm lying down I here a girgling type sound in the back of my neck. It sounds like something is consricting in my spinal part of my neck. No pain but weird. Had a clean mri also.

I don't have that, however I do have lots of spasms in my neck and top part of my back. This is new this week. I think just about anything that goes on with us is normal for BFS. Seems like it anyway! Hang in there!
