Grieving Loss of Loved One

Wow... I'm so glad that you have seeked help with the anxiety. I'm sorry I never knew your brother passed away- I had a brother pass away, also. I really do think that has a lot to do with my health anxieties. To lose someone close, him being young (my brother was 28 at the time), really has a HUGE impact on accepting death. My problem is-I accept death on MY CONDITIONS which is at an old age, but reality is- it can happen at ANYTIME!

Again, I'm happy you can/are talking to someone.

I wish the best!

Jenn,
No worries, we are all like family here. When we aren't feeling well, we want (and sometimes need) to just lash out at the world, and this is a safe a place to do just that.

I've been an absolute witch to my poor husband today, (a day late I guess,) because I had dental work done yesterday. My gums are all raw and ripped up, and of course, I'm cranky and it is all my husband's fault, lol.

He's been so tender and sweet and compassionate, and all I've done is bark at him...but I know he loves me and understands.

When I'm feeling more like myself, I'll apologize and make it up to him, but it is good to know that I can be at my worst and still be loved unconditionally. As long as I'm careful not to take advantage of his kindness....otherwise he'll dump my sorry butt. ;)

If it makes you feel any better, I was never convinced that I had anxiety either, at least not until after I developed symptoms.

But, regardless of whether the anxiety is the cause, or the result of bfs, it is important to get it under control in order to enjoy better symptom relief.

Blessings,
Sue
