Getting Moving: My Journey

I probably won't be able to find the exact message here for you, but I found some very good sound advice around here, like "get your butt moving."

I have "exercise intolerance" which makes me not want to move, and I'm sort of stuck in a physical and mental trap that I'm personally trying to work myself out of for my own good General Health, for the long term.

Experiment, and start working out, and see what happens to your body. I saw that you can probably expect to feel somewhat worse initially, but if you keep working through the somewhat painful rehabilitation process, you'll may eventually find a new state of improvement.

I'm personally trying to prepare myself for my own rehabilitation process.

I simply suggest that we all learn to take our first best step toward wellness, and then the next...
 
Trust me on this, devote yourself to a new hobby.

I took up golf ... custom fitting for clubs, lessons, the works. It took my mind off the twitches, focused me elsewhere, and also gave me exercise when walking 18 holes twice a week.
