Getting Healthy - No More Caffine

Hey All,I think I am getting better. I stopped drinking caffine completely and started working out, drinking a lot of water, drinking at least two whey protein shakes a day, and taking glucosamine/chondroitin for my joints. I worked out heavily today and I am sore, however I have only noticed one twitch and that may have been due to the excitement of my Clemson Tigers knocking off Duke. I was drinking 2-3 soft drinks per day if not more, and now that I have stopped and started living a healthy lifestyle my twitching has subsided.
 
Guitar,Glad to hear you are feeling better. I have started working out again. I stopped when all this started back in September 2007. My muscle twitching has almost subsided. I would no classify it as normal twitching. I, however, still have the internal vibrating/buzzing/tremor sensation in arms and legs. Overall, I feel that lifting again has helped me both physically and mentally. It is also reassuring when you are gaining strength in the gym.Congrats on the win. My Noles could not get passed the Tarheels.CDC
